How UrAssist Works
UrAssist's advanced technology offers a convenient solution by providing you the ability to urinate with confidence while at home or in public. Its lightweight, portable design is battery-operated and adaptable for use anywhere, at any time, attaching to most electric wheelchairs, scooters and beds.
The automated system is so easy to use. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Open the front door and UrAssist automatically turns on.
2. Position the collection cup accordingly (male or female). UrAssist's fluid pump technology gently drains the urine from the cup into a collection bag, eliminating odor, leakage and possible spills.
3. Once finished, replace the cup and close the door. The pump will automatically shut off on its own.
Urine is collected and stored in the collection bag. Visual and audible alerts indicate when the collection bag is nearly full. Alerts can be silenced with a push of a button, and you can easily empty the collection bag in less than 30 seconds. The battery is rechargeable and allows for up to 300 hours of use between charges.
